I get it. I was tired of being given all the “band-aids” instead of real solutions for my gut and body, too.
Hey, there, I’m Chanelle, a Food Scientist with a BSc, a Certified Functional Nutritionist, as well as a Monash University Low FODMAP Certified. Basically, I’m an expert in making gut health fun as well as easy-to-understand and implement so you can reverse and heal your gut issues. Sound good?
But, before the white coat and snazzy title, I was once a gal with a full-time class load and three part-time jobs. Oof, right? That busy lifestyle led me to frequent fast-food establishments, including Taco Bell’s fourth meal and an embarrassing amount of Dr. Pepper.
I was borderline obese, diagnosed with endometriosis, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and depression. I was self-conscious in my skin, to say the least, and to top it off, I developed cystic acne.
I began to feel like no one could see past my broken body to the real me. I started my journey of visiting specialist after specialist, was put on an obscene amount of medication, and it only made me sicker. That’s when I decided to dig into causes to expose the root of the problem and find the magic and the medicine that would heal my body.
And guess what? I did.
The magic and medicine to healing that I found was my body. I had to learn how to work with it instead of against it. From there, I delved into the research, switched my course load to chemistry and nutrition, and my passion for helping others heal became insatiable (food pun).
The Refresh is my way of sharing my years of knowledge so I can help more people, like you, reverse and heal their gut issue through SCIENCE made DIGESTIBLE (okay, I’m done). I’d be honored to have you inside!

Yes!
Are the meals plant-based?
Yes, the meals are based on plants and topped with quality animal protein. If you are vegetarian, there are protein swaps and you can interchange meals to fit your preference!
Are the meals low FODMAP?
Yes, the first four weeks of elimination are low FODMAP, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and nightshade free.
Will I need new equipment for the THE REFRESH workouts?
NOPE! You just need a chair, a wall and your own bodyweight. There is an option for weights if you want to add in 5lb or 10lb weights.
Will we have access to the workouts after the 8 weeks?
Yes! You can come back and revisit the workouts and bonus content after the 8 weeks is up.
