I’ve gotten so desperate for activities that I’ve dipped into cleaning and organizing! Gasp.
With spring cleaning in the air I figure now is a better time than ever. However, the two things I have actually been doing for the last loooong months is cleaning daily and disinfecting weekly.
Most people don’t know but there is a difference between disinfectants and cleaners.
CLEANERS are designed to remove dirt and germs.
DISINFECTANTS are supposed to kill germs. By nature, disinfectants can’t be benign because they are killers.⠀
For disinfecting I use Force of Nature because it is one of the safest disinfectants I’ve seen! Plus it’s on the EPA's List of Disinfectants for Use Against SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19.
I DO NOT recommend using it as an everyday cleaner.
You don’t want to disinfect daily, that’s no good on your microbiome and in fact sterile environments are linked to autoimmune disorders. I do use it on Coco's toys and even her car seat during all this.
For daily cleaning I use Branch Basics concentration in these glass bottles. You can get the starter kit that includes bottles, It even has one where you can make foaming hand soap.
