The best parts of summer for me are the tasty sippin’ solutions to beat the heat
I grew up with a straw in my mouth. My mother was the old school Diet Coke addict. She'd refill her tumbler at the front of Target, Costco and Sam's Club before she even snagged a cart. I was an aspartame addict before a tween.
Obviously now I know aspartame is a neurotoxin that legit penetrates your brain and causes havoc. This can lead to mood disorders, memory issues and mental disease. If that doesn't scare you off the bottle, I don't know what will.
This is kind of where #CCsummersips was born though.
Drinks that are delicious, gut friendly, body benefitting and of course totally instagrammable.

I made one with Collagen Peptides for those who don't do whey. This is the perfect combo because your body needs vitamin C in order to make collagen! It's not quite as creamy but it's still soooooo good! Just a dash of vanilla does the trick.
Orange Creamy Collagen

Goods To Get:
2 oranges peeled
1 banana large, peeled, quartered & frozen
1/4-1/2 cup coconut milk
15 large ice cubes
1 2 Scoops of Collagen

Instructions:
For a super thick smoothie, be sure your banana is completely frozen. Keep your squats and liquids low for added thickness.
Add peeled oranges, frozen banana, ice cubes, your choice of milk (can sub cold pressed orange juice for a sweeter smoothie), whey protein powder or collagen and then add vanilla to a blender. This works best in a high speed blender but not a super big deal.
Blend until the oranges are completely smoothie and the smoothie is thick and creamy

I'll be honest, I don't usually drink this in my swimming suit but instead in my car as I'm racing to a morning meeting. That's what I love about smoothies. They're so easy for us girls on-the-go who need real food as fuel but maybe don't have time to even chew. SMH
