ICED CACOA & collagen coconut cubes
It was 105 here in Utah!! That’s a melt your skin off type of temperature. This ICED CACAO with COLLAGEN COCONUT MILK CUBES is exactly the type of #SummerSip I need.
It’s easy, quick and FUNCTIONAL. It’s got amino acids, antioxidants and polyphenols to boot. It’s also DELICIOUS and the perfect replacement for my gals and guys who can’t do coffee.
ICED CACOA:

Goods To Get:
Instructions
In a shaker bottle, add 8 oz of Coconut Milk
Add in 2 scoops of Collagen and shake until collagen dissolves
Add in a few drops of the Organic Vanilla Stevia, shake again
Pour into ice cube tray and freeze overnight
In the morning brew 4 ounces of the cacao in a french press or it can be used in the refillable pod in a Keurig
Place 4-5 cubes in your cup and pour the heated cacao on top
Add stevia to taste
ENJOY!!
If you want to use the whole can of coconut milk then just add in 1 additional scoop of the unflavored collagen and a couple more drops of stevia.
FUNCTIONAL FOODS
Cacao can promote friendly bacteria and reduce inflammation in the GUT! It is packed with polyphenols which are considered prebiotiocs!!
Collagen is composed of amino acids. Type 3 collagen includes certain amino acids that help with gastrointestinal function.
